We're pleased to announce the opening of our new Milvia Outpatient Pharmacy, in addition to our existing Peralta Outpatient Pharmacy.

The Milvia Outpatient Pharmacy is located at 2500 Milvia Street, Suite 130, in Berkeley, inside the Milvia Medical Office Building.

Both of these are retail pharmacies affiliated with Alta Bates Summit Medical Center, offering convenient, confidential, and personalized service.

Insurance Plans Accepted

Both Milvia Outpatient Pharmacy and Peralta Outpatient Pharmacy accept most third party prescription insurance plans, including but not limited to Blue Cross, Blue Shield, HealthNet, Secure Horizons, and BRMS.

We also fill prescriptions for patients without prescription coverage, and accept cash, checks, Visa or MasterCard.

Prescription Delivery Services

Prescriptions can be delivered to your home in Alameda, Berkeley, Emeryville, Oakland, Piedmont and San Leandro.

Delivery is free to Health Access members.

Parking Availability

If you're visiting the Peralta Pharmacy, there is a parking lot next to the building, and free parking is available for the first 30 minutes. The Milvia Outpatient Pharmacy has a parking lot as well as numerous street parking spaces.
