Peralta Pharmacy
Call the Peralta Pharmacy with questions about the proper use of your medication, medication side effects or drug interactions. Since our pharmacists would like to give your question their full attention, they created a system that allows you to call in the evening and leave a message, and a pharmacist will return your call on the next business day.
Lifeline is a 24-hour, in home emergency response service that is connected through your telephone to a Lifeline operator who can provide you with emergency assistance.
